OKRs stands for Objectives and Key Results, it’s a simple goal-setting system invented in the 1970s by Andy Grove, then CEO of Intel. Dr Grove came up with this scalable system for execution. It starts with the Objective, i.e. what has to be accomplished, followed by Key Results, which are What and How to achieve the Objective.
